This page will summarize the information we are looking to collect from linehaul contractors. On this page, you will find a list of the requested documents, as well as a detailed questionnaire to complete.
Requested Documents
Please compile the documents requested below to the best of your ability and email them to your KR Capital representative. If you do not have all these documents available, please submit those documents you do have. Instructions for completing the linehaul questionnaire can be found further down on this page.
Copies of Last 2 years Corporate Tax Returns
Submit all pages of each completed tax return for the most recent 2 years. If most recent tax return is on extension, please note and send returns for the prior 2 years.
Current year-to-date profit and loss (P&L) statement
An accounting of all income and expenses incurred by the company for the current year.
Prior year P&L statement
An accounting of all income and expenses incurred by the company for the prior year.
FedEx 1099’s for last 2 years
1099 statements are issued to you from FedEx at the end of each year. These statements will show the gross amount FedEx paid to your corporation each year.
Prior year W-2 for any owner(s) in the business
Payroll statement(s) showing all W-2 wages paid to any owner(s) of the corporation.
Most recent (current year) W-2 paystub for any owner(s) of the business
Payroll statement(s) showing all W-2 wages paid to any owner(s) of the corporation.
Linehaul Questionnaire
The Linehaul questionnaire can either be completed online or downloaded and emailed to your representative.
